   Our customers have always been our top priority and Phzaar (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd is dedicated in ensuring that our ecommerce are private, safe and secure. In short, your privacy is our top priority. This privacy policy is designed to explain some of the privacy principles we abide by, in providing a responsible and reliable online experience.
   
   
2. COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
   We collect information from you when you accept an order or complete a form. When accepting an order or registering on our application as needed, you may be asked to enter your name, age, gender, ID, contact information including, phone number, email address, or credit card information (collectively referred to as “Information”).    Employee access is only limited to authorize employees who are fully trained in handling your information.    Besides sharing of information between members of the Phzaar (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd, we do not disclose your information to any third party or external organizations. This is in view of our strict compliance to law on E-Commerce. However, to ensure that you benefit from our full range of products and services, your non financial information may, from time to time, be provided to our alliance partners, suppliers and/or any other parties. Should any information be provided to these entities, we will make every effort to ensure that the entity has adopted at least the same customer privacy standards as Phzaar (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd. 8. THE DATA WE COLLECT TO USE OF OUR SERVICES:
   a. Location data (driver and delivery person): We collect precise or approximate location data from drivers’ and delivery persons’ mobile devices when the Phzaar Driver app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen).

   b. Location data (riders and order recipients). We collect precise or approximate location information from riders’ and order recipients’ mobile devices if they enable us to do so via their device settings.
   c. Phzaar collects such data from the time a ride or order is requested until it is finished, and any time the app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen).
   d. Riders and order recipients may use the Phzaar apps without enabling collection of location data from their mobile devices. However, this may affect certain features in the Phzaar apps. For example, a rider who has not enabled precise location data will have to manually enter their pickup address.
   e. In addition, precise location data collected from a driver’s device during a trip is linked to the rider’s account, even if the rider has not enabled precise location data to be collected from their device. This data is used for purposes such as receipt generation, customer support, fraud detection, insurance, and litigation.
